Brian Herman, CPA, MBA, is the Founder and CEO of Valhalla Finance & Tax Advisory LLC, where he advises financial institutions on tax credit investments, community development finance, and strategic tax planning.
With more than three decades of experience spanning investment banking, corporate finance, and public accounting, he has built deep expertise in structuring and evaluating complex tax-advantaged investments and loans. His work includes helping banks meet Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) objectives while generating strong economic, tax, and community impact outcomes.
